M & W Manufacturing produces stampings, tubular parts and components to the most complicated and demanding of specifications for your company's needs. All employees at M & W have been trained in Statistical Process Control. Operators perform their own inspection with the focus on producing "World Class Parts". Statistical methods are applied in all areas of production beginning with raw material inspection through bar coding for shipments.

M & W Manufacturing delivers. We stand behind our operating philosophy of synchronized manufacturing, which allows us to provide our customers with multiple daily deliveries, if required. Our manufacturing processes are arranged and costed according to work cell principles. There is no finished goods inventory unless it is required by the customer. We strive for minimum Work-In-process inventory to reduce cost and to enhance our quality.

M & W's management style is "Management by Doing". Every member of the M & W Team is highly involved with the daily operations, consulting often with customers regarding their needs. The team concept among workers and management is prevalent in all functions of the M & W organization. All manufacturing employees assist in set-up reduction activities. Opportunities for improvement are identified and discussed in the daily morning quality/production meeting in which all employees participate.

M & W has invested in the manufacturing future! We have the capability to create and receive 3D drawings and integrate them with our customer's CAD/CAM system. M & W will engineer and design for you using CAD system, produce prototypes with our numerical control laser system and manufacture the production parts. Our EDI capabilities meet automotive standards and we are continually upgrading our systems. M & W Manufacturing has received certification for ISO 9001 and QS 9000.

M & W has diverse engineering capabilities to respond to our customers requests including: process engineering, product engineering, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering. In addition we have designed custom equipment for production parts to meet our customer's special needs. The M & W team has participated in numerous prototype and front end design projects with our customers and can do it for you.
